Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions that apply vary depending on whether you are a customer buying art or a seller whose art is featured on Enjoy the View. 

Customer section:

* All purchases must be made digitally; no cash offers excepted.

* All prices for artwork are set and are not up for negotiations. 

* Customers will be notified via email when their purchase is shipped. 

* Customers will be given a choice whether to buy insurance on any purchase they make or not.

* Insurance options are based off the price range of the piece of art you are buying. 

* If purchased merchandise is damaged in any obvious way a refund will be returned to buyer so long as they bought insurance with their purchase otherwise Enjoy the View is not liable to refund you.  

Seller section:

* 20% commission on all artwork sold is the set fee for use of Enjoy the View and will not be negotiated down.

* The proprietor of Enjoy the View has the right to refuse postage of content considered unsuitable to feature.  

* Once art is posted on Enjoy the View it is the right of the seller to pull it down if they wish.

* Due to Enjoy the View being based in one location it will be the responsibility of the seller to ship their art when purchased.

* Sellers must ship their art through Fed Ex which is the preferred shipping method of Enjoy the View. 

* Prices of seller's artwork will have a final price increase based on the calculation of cost of shipping with Fed Ex when purchased. 

* The cost of shipping will be reimbursed too the seller from the final price. 

* The seller will receive a text or email based on what contact information they share notifying them their artwork has been purchased with the shipping info.

* If you do your business with Enjoy the View Shop you are expected to be responsible for checking digital messages and shipping your art when asked just as we at Enjoy the View are responsible for making sure your art gets sold. 

* If you prove unreliable in said professional responsibilities then all services with Enjoy the View will be terminated. 

* All other business needs, requirements or further details can or will be discussed through Enjoy the Views email or phone number with the latter requiring you make a scheduled call appointment.
